This appointment is intended to strengthen the Company's management structure and accelerate the enhancement of corporate value. Dr. Shimada is a leading authority in IP strategy, with an extensive career spanning major pharmaceutical and biopharma companies. He brings exceptional expertise in IP protection, value creation, and litigation in the field of drug development. He has been appointed as External Director to reinforce GEXVal's drug discovery strategy from an intellectual property perspective. His knowledge and insights are expected to serve as a critically important asset in GEXVal's growth strategy.
